Jamrock Jerk Spot is a dream come true. As a child, I always had a passion for food, not only eating, but watching in awe as my mother prepared Jamaican meals for our large family. Fascinated and captivated, as a teenager, I became my own “master chef”, having food escapades, preparing family meals and experimenting with meats, mainly chicken, while trying varying ways to prepare jerk.
Life had had many ups and downs but despite the challenges and setbacks, God always had a plan. These challenges soon served as stepping stones that propelled me into a new chapter of my life. Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” has become the cornerstone of my life.
My wife and I are ecstatic beyond words to be realizing our dream and passion of bringing a taste of Jamaica to our neck of the woods. Join us as we take you on a journey to capture the Jamaican vibe, saturated with love, laughter and unity while enjoying delicious dishes.
